Hi, I'm Condominium. Let me tell you a little about myself. In the looks department you could say I'm a little vanilla - I get the "Do I Know You?" question a lot - I guess you could say I look like lots of other places. I'm super low-maintenance and you won't have to worry about me when you leave me to travel for weeks at a time. I'm pretty risk-averse; my value won't ever skyrocket, but I'm a safe bet for long-term equity. I'm a rule-follower and enjoy having expectations laid out for me. The biggest risk you'll take with me is with the people around me. Sometimes they're great and sometimes they're awful, and you can't do much to control it. I'm a lot more affordable than others out there, but I do expect that you pay each month to maintain our relationship and all the amenities I provide. If loud parties and big backyards are your thing, I'm not for you, but if convenience and affordability strike your fancy, I think we'd get along just great.
Allow me to introduce "House"
Hello there, I'm House. The best way to get to know me is by visiting me, because I'm different than all the others. If you have lots of tools and like projects, I'm definitely the one for you. You can change me any way that you'd like, but it might cost you big bucks. Keeping me around might be more expensive, but one day I might be a lot more valuable than I am now. People who are independent are usually most attracted to me - they get to do what they want when they want and don't have to follow any rules. When something goes wrong with me, however all the responsibility will fall on you - there's no one else to help you with the cost. I don't appeal much to avid travelers or people with crazy schedules, since it takes a lot to maintain me. If you don't want a long-term commitment and responsibility, we may not work out, but if the thought of having me all to yourself excites you and you want a unique aesthetic, then I think we would make a perfect match!
